The crowd at Saturday's league match between the Phoenix Pirates (Phoenix, OR) and the host North Valley Knights (Grants Pass, OR), saw Phoenix's softball squad achieve victory over North Valley by a count of 21-11.
The Pirates now sport a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they host Mazama for a 4A Skyline match on Wednesday, April 27.
