The Pecos Panthers baseball team scored 21 runs and limited the host Clayton Yellowjackets to 16 in the Panthers league victory on Tuesday.
The Panthers (11-7) will now prepare for their match against Santa Rosa (Santa Rosa, NM). The Lions go into the 2A District 6 match with a 17-2 record. In their last match, Santa Rosa was overwhelmed by Texico (Texico, NM), 15-11, in a league match.
