Killingly Redmen (Killingly, CT) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the host Griswold Wolverines (Griswold, CT), 14-13 in a league battle.
The Redmen now have a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Woodstock Academy for a non-league battle on Thursday, April 25. Killingly will clash with a Centaurs squad coming off a 18-8 non-league loss to Montville (Oakdale, CT). The Centaurs record now stands at 0-7.
In their next game, the Wolverines clash with the Norwich Free Academy Wildcats (Norwich, CT) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, April 25. Griswold will attempt to move on its 1-5 season record. The Wildcats come into the battle with a 4-2 record after their 10-1 league loss to Fitch (Groton, CT).
