The crowd at Tuesday's league test between the Wilkes Central Eagles (Wilkesboro, NC) and the host East Surry Cardinals (Pilot Mountain, NC), saw Wilkes Central's soccer squad triumph over East Surry by a count of 7-0.

The Eagles now hold a 11-3 record. They play next when they host North Surry for a Foothills 2A test on Monday, April 29. Wilkes Central will meet a Greyhounds squad coming off a 5-0 league win over West Wilkes (Millers Creek, NC). The Greyhounds record now stands at 11-4.

With the loss, East Surry drops to 8-5 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Mount Airy (Mount Airy, NC) to meet the Granite Bears in a non-league test on Friday, April 26. The Granite Bears come into the test with a record of 9-3. Mount Airy won 7-3 in their recent league test against Elkin (Elkin, NC)
