The Western Alamance Warriors soccer squad scored 9 points and held the visiting Southeast Alamance Stallions to 0 in the Warriors non-league win on Tuesday.
The Warriors (12-0) will now prepare for their battle against Durham School of the Arts (Durham, NC). The Bulldogs go into the non-league battle with a 12-6 record. In their last battle, Durham School of the Arts was overwhelmed by Carrboro (Carrboro, NC), 5-0, in a league battle.
The Stallions (6-7) will now prepare for their battle against Bartlett Yancey (Yanceyville, NC). The Buccaneers go into the Mid-Carolina 1A/2A battle with a 3-7 record. In their last battle, Bartlett Yancey was overwhelmed by Northwood (Pittsboro, NC), 9-0, in a league battle.
