The Westlake Thunder softball team scored 11 runs and limited the host American Fork Cavemen to 1 in the Thunder league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Westlake moves its record to 10-8 on the year. The Thunder travel to Lone Peak (Highland, UT) to clash with the Knights in a 6A Region 3 game on Thursday, April 25. The Knights come into the game with a record of 2-11. Lone Peak lost 15-5 in their recent league game against Lehi (Lehi, UT)

In their next game, the Cavemen clash with the Skyridge Falcons (Lehi, UT) in a 6A Region 3 game, on Thursday, April 25. American Fork will attempt to move on its 4-11 season record. The Falcons come into the game with a 3-12 record after their 6-2 league loss to Pleasant Grove (Pleasant Grove, UT).
