Ohio High School Softball - Austintown-Fitch bounces Boardman

April 23, 2024: Youngstown, OH 44515

The Austintown-Fitch Falcons routed the visiting Boardman Spartans softball squad by a count of 12-2 in Tuesday's league battle.

The Falcons (11-1) will now prepare for their battle against Champion (Warren, OH). The Golden Flashes go into the non-league battle with a 11-0 record. In their last battle, Champion topped Liberty (Youngstown, OH), 28-3, in a league battle.

The Spartans now sport a 8-9 record. They play next when they host Poland Seminary for a non-league battle on Thursday, April 25. Boardman will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 4-1 league loss to South Range (Canfield, OH). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-9.
