The Christchurch School Seahorses softball team scored 19 runs and limited the host Collegiate Cougars to 4 in the Seahorses non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Christchurch School moves its record to 7-5 on the year. The Seahorses travel to Miller School of Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA) to clash with the Mavericks in a VISAA Virginia Independent game on Monday, April 29. The Mavericks come into the game with a record of 2-4.

In their next game, the Cougars clash with the Saint Gertrude Gators (Richmond, VA) in a League of Independent Schools game, on Thursday, April 25. Collegiate will attempt to move on its 4-11 season record. The Gators come into the game with a 4-5 record after their 7-1 league loss to St. Catherine's (Richmond, VA).
