Dunellen Destroyers (Dunellen, NJ) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host New Brunswick Zebra (New Brunswick, NJ), 24-14 in a league challenge.

The Destroyers now own a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mother Seton for a GMC - Silver challenge on Wednesday, April 24. Dunellen will battle a Setters squad coming off a 9-8 league win over Wardlaw Hartridge (Edison, NJ). The Setters record now stands at 5-1.

With the loss, New Brunswick falls to 2-5 on the campaign. The Zebra host Mother Seton (Clark, NJ) to battle the Setters in a GMC - Silver challenge on Thursday, April 25.
