The Dyersburg Trojans softball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Obion County Rebels to 3 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Dyersburg improves its record to 14-5 on the year. The Trojans travel to Dyer County (Newbern, TN) to clash with the Choctaws in a 3A District 13 game on Thursday, April 25. The Choctaws come into the game with a record of 22-14. Dyer County lost 6-0 in their recent league game against Crockett County (Alamo, TN)

In their next game, the Rebels clash with the South Gibson Hornets (Medina, TN) in a 3A District 13 game, on Thursday, April 25. Obion County will attempt to improve on its 5-10 season record. The Hornets come into the game with a 22-7 record after their 12-0 non-league win over Chester County (Henderson, TN).
