The East Davidson Golden Eagles softball team scored 17 runs and limited the visiting Thomasville Bulldogs to 0 in the Golden Eagles league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, East Davidson moves its record to 11-5 on the year. The Golden Eagles travel to North Rowan (Spencer, NC) to play the Cavaliers in a Central Carolina 1A/2A game on Wednesday, April 24. The Cavaliers come into the game with a record of 3-9.

In their next game, the Bulldogs play the T.W. Andrews Red Raiders (High Point, NC) in a non-league game, on Thursday, April 25. Thomasville will attempt to move on its 0-16 season record. The Red Raiders come into the game with a 4-10 record after their 19-11 league win over North Forsyth (Winston-Salem, NC).
