The Rio Hondo Prep Kares softball team scored 6 runs and limited the host Flintridge Prep Wolves to 5 in the Kares league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Rio Hondo Prep moves its record to 15-8 on the year. The Kares host Sierra Vista (Baldwin Park, CA) to clash with the Dons in a non-league game on Friday, April 26. The Dons come into the game with a record of 17-9. Sierra Vista won 18-1 in their recent league game against Nogales (La Puente, CA)

In their next game, the Wolves clash with the Chadwick Dolphins (Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA) in a Prep game, on Wednesday, April 24. Flintridge Prep will attempt to move on its 11-7 season record.
