In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Shepherd Bluejays (Shepherd, MI) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Reese Rockets (Reese, MI), by a margin of 16-0.

With the triumph, Shepherd moves its record to 5-2 on the year. The Bluejays travel to Harrison (Harrison, MI) to play the Hornets in a Jack Pine contest on Thursday, April 25. The Hornets come into the contest with a record of 0-3.

In their next game, the Rockets play the Bad Axe Hatchets (Bad Axe, MI) in a Greater Thumb - West contest, on Thursday, April 25. Reese will attempt to move on its 2-14 season record.
