Next up, the Camels encounter the High Point Central Bison (High Point, NC) in a Mid-State 3A bout, on Thursday, April 24. Atkins will attempt to upgrade on its 7-15 season record. The Bison enter the bout with a 1-16 record after their 16-0 league loss to Atkins (Winston-Salem, NC).

The Wildcats (3-17) will now prepare for their bout against Ben L. Smith (Greensboro, NC). The Golden Eagles enter the Mid-State 3A bout with a 1-12 record. In their last bout, Ben L. Smith was overwhelmed by Southern Guilford (Greensboro, NC), 8-0, in a league test.
