Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Bishop Canevin wallops Clairton

In Wednesday's league game, the host Bishop Canevin Crusaders baseball team scored a nice 18-5 win over the Clairton Bears.

The Crusaders (8-4) will now prepare for their game against Serra Catholic (McKeesport, PA). The Eagles go into the WPIAL 1A 3 game with a 12-2 record. In their last game, Serra Catholic knocked off Riverview (Oakmont, PA), 5-1, in a non-league game.

Next, the Bears play the Sewickley Academy (Sewickley, PA) in a WPIAL 1A 3 game, on Monday, April 28. Clairton will attempt to improve on its 0-9 season record. The go into the game with a 2-9 record after their 12-2 non-league win over Hillel Academy (Pittsburgh, PA).
