The Bishop Rosecrans Bishops (Zanesville, OH) baseball trounced the host Fisher Catholic Irish (Lancaster, OH), 9-1 in Wednesday's league test.
The Bishops now hold a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they host Berne Union for a Mid-State - Cardinal test on Thursday, April 24. Bishop Rosecrans will play a Rockets team coming off a 6-3 league win over Miller (Corning, OH). The Rockets record now stands at 9-3.
With the defeat, Fisher Catholic drops to 2-8 on the year. The Irish host Miller (Corning, OH) to play the Falcons in a Mid-State - Cardinal test on Wednesday, April 23. The Falcons go into the test with a record of 5-5. Miller lost 13-0 in their recent league test against Wellington School (Columbus, OH)
