The Chapman Panthers baseball team scored 18 runs and held the visiting Broome Centurions to 2 in the Panthers league win on Wednesday.
The Panthers now own a 14-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Broome for a 3A Region 3 test on Friday, April 25. Chapman will clash with a Centurions team coming off a 18-2 league loss to Chapman (Inman, SC). The Centurions record now stands at 7-12.
With the defeat, Broome drops to 7-12 on the year. The Centurions host Chapman (Inman, SC) to clash with the Panthers in a 3A Region 3 test on Friday, April 25. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 14-7. Chapman won 18-2 in their recent league test against Broome (Spartanburg, SC)
