The Hope Blue Wave baseball team scored 13 runs and held the host Classical Purple to 1 in the Blue Wave league win on Wednesday.

The Blue Wave now hold a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Providence Country Day for a Division 3 test on Friday, April 25. Hope will play a Knights team coming off a 9-7 league loss to Tolman (Pawtucket, RI). The Knights record now stands at 3-4.

With the defeat, Classical drops to 0-9 on the year. The Purple host Davies Career & Tech (Lincoln, RI) to play the Patriots in a Division 3 test on Friday, April 25. The Patriots go into the test with a record of 2-5. Davies Career & Tech lost 16-0 in their recent league test against Exeter-West Greenwich (West Greenwich, RI)
