Arizona High School Baseball - Eastmark holds off Poston Butte

The Eastmark Firebirds baseball team scored 13 runs and held the host Poston Butte Broncos to 9 in the Firebirds league win on Wednesday.

The Firebirds now hold a 8-13 record. They take the field next when they travel to Douglas for a non-league test on Saturday, April 26. Eastmark will confront a Bulldogs squad coming off a 8-2 league win over Cholla (Tucson, AZ). The Bulldogs record now stands at 15-8.

The Broncos now possess a 7-17 record. They put it on the line next when they host Desert Sunrise for a 4A Black Canyon contest on Friday, April 25. Poston Butte will confront a Golden Hawks squad coming off a 10-0 league loss to Yuma (Yuma, AZ). The Golden Hawks record now stands at 9-7.
