Maine High School Baseball - Orono wallops George Stevens Academy

The Orono Riots baseball team scored 13 runs and held the host George Stevens Academy Eagles to 0 in the Riots league win on Wednesday.
The Riots now hold a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bucksport for a Class C North test on Friday, April 25. Orono will play a Golden Bucks team coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Ellsworth (Ellsworth, ME). The Golden Bucks record now stands at 0-2.
With the defeat, George Stevens Academy drops to 0-1 on the year. The Eagles host Mattanawcook (Lincoln, ME) to play the Lynx in a Class C North test on Friday, April 25. The Lynx go into the test with a record of 1-0. Mattanawcook won 8-3 in their recent league test against Central (East Corinth, ME)
