The Ridgewood Generals baseball squad (West Lafayette, OH), was overwhelmed 8-1 in Wednesday's league contest with the visiting Hiland Hawks (Berlin, OH)

With the triumph, Hiland moves its record to 11-0 on the season. The Hawks travel to East Canton (East Canton, OH) to confront the Hornets in a non-league contest on Friday, April 25. The Hornets come into the contest with a record of 3-9. East Canton lost 10-0 in their recent non-league contest against Carrollton (Carrollton, OH)

The Generals now possess a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Barnesville for a non-league contest on Thursday, April 24. Ridgewood will confront a Shamrocks squad coming off a 9-0 non-league win over Martins Ferry (Martins Ferry, OH). The Shamrocks record now stands at 7-7.
