The West County Bulldogs (Leadwood, MO) baseball trounced the visiting Jefferson Blue Jays (Festus, MO), 10-0 in Wednesday's league challenge.

The Bulldogs now own a 17-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bismarck for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 24.

With the defeat, Jefferson drops to 7-9 on the year. The Blue jays travel to Crystal City (Crystal City, MO) to clash with the Hornets in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 29. The Hornets go into the challenge with a record of 5-9. Crystal City won 4-3 in their recent league challenge against Bismarck (Bismarck, MO)
