In Wednesday's non-league bout, the North Haven Nighthawks (North Haven, CT) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Wilbur Cross Governors (New Haven, CT), by a tally of 13-3.
Next up, the Nighthawks encounter the Danbury Hatters (Danbury, CT) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, April 24. North Haven will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Hatters enter the bout with a 1-8 record after their 4-2 league loss to Westhill (Stamford, CT).
The Governors (0-7) will now prepare for their bout against Hillhouse (New Haven, CT). The Academics enter the non-league bout with a 1-6 record. In their last bout, Hillhouse was overwhelmed by Hamden (Hamden, CT), 16-0, in a non-league bout.
