The Oyster River Bobcats baseball team scored 8 runs and held the host St. Thomas Aquinas Saints to 1 in the Bobcats league win on Wednesday.
The Bobcats now hold a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host Laconia for a Division II test on Thursday, April 24. Oyster River will play a Sachems team coming off a 18-2 league loss to Kingswood (Wolfeboro, NH). The Sachems record now stands at 1-4.
With the defeat, St. Thomas Aquinas drops to 1-2 on the year. The Saints host Bow (Bow, NH) to play the Falcons in a Division II test on Friday, April 25. The Falcons go into the test with a record of 4-1. Bow won 3-2 in their recent league test against Pembroke (Pembroke, NH)
