Montclair Mounties (Montclair, NJ) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host West Side Roughriders (Newark, NJ), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Montclair improves its record to 4-8 on the season. The Mounties host West Orange (West Orange, NJ) to face the Mountaineers in a non-league test on Friday, April 25. The Mountaineers go into the test with a record of 6-4. West Orange lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Belleville (Belleville, NJ)

The Roughriders now own a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host KIPP Newark Lab for a SEC - Independence test on Wednesday, May 7.
