The Lancers (2-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Thomas Dale (Chester, VA). The Knights go into the non-league challenge with a 2-7 record. In their last challenge, Thomas Dale was overwhelmed by James River Midlothian (Midlothian, VA), 17-4, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Warriors clash with the Clover Hill Cavaliers (Midlothian, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, April 25. Matoaca will attempt to better on its 0-4 season record. The Cavaliers go into the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 16-10 league loss to Monacan (Richmond, VA).
