In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Narragansett Mariners lacrosse squad scored a tight 12-10 triumph over the Rogers Vikings.

The Mariners (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Mt. Hope (Bristol, RI). The Huskies go into the Division 2 challenge with a 0-6 record. In their last challenge, Mt. Hope was edged by Lincoln School (Providence, RI), 13-10, in a league challenge.

Next, the Vikings clash with the Scituate Spartans (North Scituate, RI) in a Division 4 challenge, on Monday, April 28. Rogers will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record. The Spartans go into the challenge with a 4-2 record after their 19-7 league win over Providence Country Day (East Providence, RI).
