The Orange Panthers soccer squad scored 4 points and held the host Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves to 2 in the Panthers league victory on Wednesday.

The Panthers now possess a 7-6 record. They play next when they travel to Southern Alamance for a Central 3A bout on Friday, April 25. Orange will play a Patriots squad coming off a 1-0 league loss to Cedar Ridge (Hillsborough, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 10-5.

With the loss, Cedar Ridge moves to 7-6 on the year. The Fighting red wolves travel to Western Alamance (Elon, NC) to play the Warriors in a Central 3A bout on Thursday, April 24. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 12-0. Western Alamance won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Lee County (Sanford, NC)
