Houghton Gremlins (Houghton, MI) backers exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Iron Mountain Mountaineers (Iron Mountain, MI), 8-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Houghton advances its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Gremlins travel to Grayling (Grayling, MI) to clash with the Vikings in a non-league test on Wednesday, April 30. The Vikings come into the test with a record of 1-3.

The Mountaineers now have a 0-2 record.
