The Oakwood School Eagles (Greenville, NC) boosters exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Kerr-Vance Academy Spartans (Henderson, NC), 5-1 in a league test.
With the triumph, The Oakwood School moves its record to 5-7 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Kerr-Vance Academy (Henderson, NC) to clash with the Spartans in a NCISAA Carolina Independent 2A/1A test on Tuesday, April 29. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 5-11.
The Spartans now sport a 5-10 record. They take the field next when they host Harrells Christian Academy for a NCISAA Carolina Independent 2A/1A test on Thursday, April 24. Kerr-Vance Academy will clash with a Crusaders team coming off a 1-0 league win over The Oakwood School (Greenville, NC). The Crusaders record now stands at 6-6.
