The Altoona Mountain Lions (Altoona, PA) baseball trounced the host Mifflin County Huskies (Lewistown, PA), 18-2 in Wednesday's league challenge.

The Mountain Lions now own a 9-0 record. They take the field next when they host Hollidaysburg for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 26.

With the defeat, Mifflin County drops to 2-7 on the year. The Huskies host Selinsgrove (Selinsgrove, PA) to clash with the Seals in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 24. The Seals go into the challenge with a record of 5-3. Selinsgrove won 7-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Shikellamy (Sunbury, PA)
