The South Christian Sailors (Grand Rapids, MI) baseball trounced the visiting Union Red Hawks (Grand Rapids, MI), 17-1 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
The Sailors now own a 10-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Holland Christian for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 29. South Christian will clash with a Maroons team coming off a 10-10 non-league Hopkins (Hopkins, MI). The Maroons record now stands at 0-4.
With the defeat, Union drops to 0-5 on the year. The Red hawks host Ravenna (Ravenna, MI) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 25. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
