The Niles Vikings overwhelmed the visiting Dowagiac Chieftains softball squad by a count of 14-4 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Vikings meet the Otsego Bulldogs (Otsego, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, April 29. Niles will attempt to upgrade on its 5-0 season record. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a 1-6 record after their 13-2 non-league loss to Wyoming (Wyoming, MI).
The Chieftains (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Joseph (St. Joseph, MI). The Bears go into the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.
