Pennsylvania High School Softball - Big Spring bounces Shippensburg

The Big Spring Bulldogs (Newville, PA) softball routed the host Shippensburg Greyhounds (Shippensburg, PA), 12-2 in Wednesday's league outing.

The Bulldogs now sport a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host James Buchanan for a Mid-Penn - Colonial outing on Thursday, April 24. Big Spring will encounter a Rockets team coming off a 7-3 league win over West Perry (Elliottsburg, PA). The Rockets record now stands at 7-6.

With the loss, Shippensburg moves to 8-6 on the season. The Greyhounds host West York Area (York, PA) to encounter the Bulldogs in a non-league outing on Thursday, April 24. The Bulldogs come into the outing with a record of 5-11. West York Area lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Susquehannock (Glen Rock, PA)
