The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Prospect Knights (Mt. Prospect, IL) and the host Buffalo Grove Bison (Buffalo Grove, IL), observed Prospect's softball team notch a victory over Buffalo Grove by a tally of 13-3.

The Knights (14-2) will now prepare for their bout against Conant (Hoffman Estates, IL). The Cougars go into the Mid-Suburban West bout with a 5-4 record. In their last bout, Conant gained a win over Schaumburg (Schaumburg, IL), 4-3, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Bison battle the Hersey Huskies (Arlington Heights, IL) in a Mid-Suburban East bout, on Friday, April 25. Buffalo Grove will attempt to advance on its 4-8 season record. The Huskies go into the bout with a 6-3 record after their 14-2 league win over Rolling Meadows (Rolling Meadows, IL).
