Ohio High School Softball - Clyde bounces Perkins

April 23, 2025: Sandusky, OH 44870

The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Clyde Fliers (Clyde, OH) and the host Perkins Pirates (Sandusky, OH), observed Clyde's softball team notch a victory over Perkins by a tally of 18-0.

The Fliers (14-4) will now prepare for their bout against Willard (Willard, OH). The Crimson Flashes go into the non-league bout with a 2-13 record. In their last bout, Willard was routed by Edison (Milan, OH), 22-2, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Pirates battle the Columbian Tornadoes (Tiffin, OH) in a Sandusky Bay - Lake bout, on Friday, April 25. Perkins will attempt to advance on its 6-8 season record. The Tornadoes go into the bout with a 8-8 record after their 13-1 non-league win over Willard (Willard, OH).
