Next, the Patriots clash with the Jackson City Tigers (Jackson, KY) in a non-league test, on Thursday, April 24. Knott County Central will attempt to advance on its 5-11 season record. The Tigers go into the test with a 2-4 record after their 18-2 non-league loss to Lee County (Beattyville, KY).

The Lions (0-11) will now prepare for their test against Owsley County (Booneville, KY). The Owls / Lady Owls go into the non-league test with a 0-13 record. In their last test, Owsley County was routed by Buckhorn (Buckhorn, KY), 15-6, in a non-league test.
