California High School Softball - Fortuna bounces Eureka

April 23, 2025: Eureka, CA 95501

The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Fortuna Huskies (Fortuna, CA) and the host Eureka Loggers (Eureka, CA), observed Fortuna's softball team get by Eureka by a tally of 10-6.

The Huskies (14-2) will now prepare for their bout against McKinleyville (McKinleyville, CA). The Panthers go into the Big 5 bout with a 8-8 record. In their last bout, McKinleyville tipped Arcata (Arcata, CA), 12-0, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Loggers clash with the Arcata Tigers (Arcata, CA) in a Big 5 bout, on Saturday, April 26. Eureka will attempt to advance on its 0-14 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 5-9 record after their 9-0 league loss to Del Norte (Crescent City, CA).
