The Lisbon Greyhounds softball team scored 20 runs and held the visiting Madison Bulldogs to 5 in the Greyhounds league win on Wednesday.

The Greyhounds now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mount Abram for a Class C South battle on Friday, April 25. Lisbon will confront a Roadrunners team coming off a 24-2 league loss to Spruce Mountain (Jay, ME). The Roadrunners record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, Madison moves to 0-1 on the season. The Bulldogs host Winthrop (Winthrop, ME) to confront the Ramblers in a Class C South battle on Friday, April 25. The Ramblers come into the battle with a record of 0-1. Winthrop lost 19-7 in their recent league battle against Mountain Valley (Rumford, ME)
