Pennsylvania High School Softball - Sullivan County bounces Sayre

April 23, 2025: Sayre, PA 18840

In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting Sullivan County Griffins softball team scored a nice 16-5 victory over the Sayre Redskins.

The Griffins (7-3) will now prepare for their match against Bucktail (Farwell, PA). The Bucks go into the Mid-Penn D4 match with a 4-5 record. In their last match, Bucktail gained a win over Columbia Montour Vo-Tech (Bloomsburg, PA), 20-2, in a league match.

In their next game, the Redskins battle the Liberty Mounties (Liberty, PA) in a non-league match, on Friday, April 25. Sayre will attempt to better on its 1-8 season record.
