In Thursday's league game, the visiting Ida Bluestreaks baseball team scored a close 2-1 win over the Clinton Redskins.

The Bluestreaks (8-3) will now prepare for their game against Trenton (Trenton, MI). The Trojans go into the non-league game with a 4-5 record. In their last game, Trenton nudged Roosevelt (Wyandotte, MI), 9-0, in a league game.

Next, the Redskins play the Whiteford Bobcats (Ottawa Lake, MI) in a non-league game, on Saturday, April 25. Clinton will attempt to improve on its 5-4 season record. The Bobcats go into the game with a 5-2 record after their 16-1 league win over Erie-Mason (Erie, MI).
