Virginia High School Baseball - Manchester wallops Monacan

The crowd at Thursday's league battle between the Manchester Lancers (Midlothian, VA) and the host Monacan Chiefs (Richmond, VA), saw Manchester's baseball team gain a win over Monacan by a tally of 17-4.

The Lancers (10-1) will now prepare for their battle against Cosby (Midlothian, VA). The Titans enter the Dominion battle with a 6-2 record. In their last battle, Cosby prevailed over Godwin (Richmond, VA), 5-1, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Chiefs face the Richmond High School for the Arts Bulldogs (Richmond, VA) in a Dominion battle, on Tuesday, April 28. Monacan will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a 0-3 record after their 20-0 league loss to Cosby (Midlothian, VA).
