Michigan High School Baseball - White Cloud loses to Newaygo

April 23, 2026: Newaygo, MI 49337

Newaygo Lions (Newaygo, MI) fans left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting White Cloud Indians (White Cloud, MI), 10-2 in a league match.

With the triumph, Newaygo advances its record to 9-5 on the season. The Lions travel to Reed City (Reed City, MI) to battle the Coyotes in a Central State match on Tuesday, April 28. The Coyotes come into the match with a record of 6-2. Reed City won 10-3 in their recent league match against Lakeview (Lakeview, MI)

The Indians now have a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hesperia for a non-league match on Friday, April 24. White Cloud will battle a Panthers squad coming off a 8-5 league loss to Hart (Hart, MI). The Panthers record now stands at 0-5.
