The crowd at Thursday's league battle between the Wallenpaupack Area Buckhorns (Hawley, PA) and the host West Scranton Invaders (Scranton, PA), saw Wallenpaupack Area's baseball team gain a win over West Scranton by a tally of 6-4.

The Buckhorns (10-3) will now prepare for their battle against Scranton (Scranton, PA). The Knights enter the Lackawanna 1 battle with a 4-6 record.

Next, the Invaders face the Riverside Vikings (Taylor, PA) in a non-league battle, on Sunday, April 26. West Scranton will attempt to upgrade on its 3-9 season record. The Vikings enter the battle with a 12-1 record after their 15-0 league win over Western Wayne (Lake Ariel, PA).
