The Altoona Mountain Lions crushed the host Red Land Patriots baseball team by a count of 13-4 in Monday's league bout.
The Mountain Lions now possess a 6-6 record. They take the field next when they host Mifflin County for a Mid-Penn - Commonwealth bout on Wednesday, April 26. Altoona will face a Huskies team coming off a 4-2 league loss to State College (State College, PA). The Huskies record now stands at 3-6.
Next, the Patriots face the Cumberland Valley Eagles (Mechanicsburg, PA) in a Mid-Penn - Commonwealth bout, on Wednesday, April 26. Red Land will attempt to move on its 5-7 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 7-4 record after their 9-5 league loss to Cedar Cliff (Camp Hill, PA).
