The Hand Tigers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Cheney RVT Beavers to 0 in the Tigers non-league victory on Monday.
The Tigers now possess a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cheshire for a Southern Connecticut game on Wednesday, April 26. Hand will meet a Rams team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Oxford (Oxford, CT). The Rams record now stands at 6-3.
The Beavers (0-6) will now prepare for their game against Enfield (Enfield, CT). The Eagles enter the non-league game with a 5-3 record. In their last game, Enfield defeated Lewis Mills (Burlington, CT), 3-0, in a non-league game.
