Mount St. Charles Academy Mounties (Woonsocket, RI) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the host North Providence Cougars (North Providence, RI), 14-9 in a league battle.

The Mounties now have a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Classical for a Division 4 battle on Wednesday, April 26. Mount St. Charles Academy will clash with a Purples squad coming off a 18-4 league win over Lincoln (Lincoln, RI). The Purples record now stands at 3-1.

In their next game, the Cougars clash with the Lincoln Lions (Lincoln, RI) in a Division 4 battle, on Wednesday, April 26. North Providence will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Lions come into the battle with a 2-3 record after their 18-4 league loss to Classical (Providence, RI).
