In Monday's non-league test, the host Godwin Eagles lacrosse squad scored a tight 5-4 victory over the Mechanicsville Mustangs.
The Eagles now have a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Glen Allen for a non-league test on Thursday, April 27. Godwin will face a Jaguars squad coming off a 11-6 non-league loss to Freeman (Richmond, VA). The Jaguars record now stands at 6-1.
In their next game, the Mustangs face the Atlee Raiders (Mechanicsville, VA) in a test, on Thursday, April 27. Mechanicsville will attempt to move on its 0-7 season record. The Raiders come into the test with a 5-3 record after their 13-4 non-league loss to St. Christopher's (Richmond, VA).
