With the triumph, Appomattox County moves its record to 6-3 on the year. The Raiders host William Campbell (Naruna, VA) to play the Generals in a non-league contest on Wednesday, April 26. The Generals come into the contest with a record of 2-6. William Campbell won 9-8 in their recent non-league contest against Nelson County (Lovingston, VA)

In their next game, the Knights play the Altavista Colonels (Altavista, VA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, May 1. Buckingham will attempt to move on its 2-6 season record. The Colonels come into the contest with a 3-5 record after their 11-10 non-league win over Nelson County (Lovingston, VA).
