Santana Sultans (Santee, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Helix Highlanders (La Mesa, CA), 10-0 in a league challenge.

The Sultans now own a 15-2 record. They take the field next when they host Granite Hills for a challenge on Tuesday, April 25. Santana will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 8-7 league loss to Steele Canyon (Spring Valley, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 5-6.

With the loss, Helix falls to 11-4 on the campaign. The Highlanders travel to El Capitan (Lakeside, CA) to battle the Vaqueros in a challenge on Wednesday, April 26. The Vaqueros enter the challenge with a record of 17-2. El Capitan lost 10-0 in their recent league challenge against Santana (Santee, CA)
